Thomas (Tommy) Wilson Hughes

Tommy Hughes, 46, born January 1, 1958 in Tulsa, OK. Died February 23, 2004 in Claremore where he resided. Son of Gerald and Norma Hughes, married to JoEtta Ives February 21, 1987. He was employed by Berendsen Fluid Power Inc. for 24 years.

He graduated from Nathan Hale High School (Class of 1976) and then Eastern State College where he attended on a Baseball Scholarship. His interests included NASCAR, baseball and participating in numerous sports.

He was a long time member of East Side Christian Church and more recently a member of the First Christian Church of Claremore. He is survived by his parents, his wife and 3 children, 3 sisters, 1 nephew, 2 nieces, and numerous family and friends.
